Terms & Conditions
General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bell Moon London website and the services provided by Bell Moon Aesthetika (“the Clinic”). By accessing or using the website and/or booking or receiving treatments, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Website and Services
The website provides information about the Clinic’s treatments, services, pricing, and contact details.
Use of the website is for personal, non-commercial purposes only and must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
The Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or services at any time without notice.
Appointment Booking and Treatments
All treatments require prior booking and a consultation to assess suitability and risks.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history and any conditions that may affect treatment.
Final decision on treatment suitability rests solely with the Clinic’s qualified medical practitioner.
The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments if treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Treatments and results may vary per individual. The Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and above, unless explicitly agreed with parental consent and in line with UK law.
Payments and Fees
Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Fees for treatments are payable as agreed, usually prior to or on the day of treatment.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Clinic’s cancellation policy specified separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic.
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any changes in health or medications prior to treatment.
Complaints or concerns must be reported promptly to the Clinic for resolution.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of the Clinic or licensed third parties.
Use, reproduction, or distribution of website content without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Clinic provides treatments and information in good faith but provides no guarantees regarding outcomes.
The Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or receipt of treatments.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the website is also governed by the Clinic’s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
The Clinic adheres to UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws to safeguard client data.
External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. The Clinic does not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the website or services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
The Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of the website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your treatment agreement or recurring package within 14 calendar days of purchase (“cooling-off period”) for a full refund, provided that no treatments have commenced. If treatments have already been received during this period, you will be charged for all services provided up to the cancellation date at our standard, non-discounted rate.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, no cash refunds are provided; however, you may be eligible for a clinic credit towards the purchase of products or future treatments, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment within less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked appointment, may incur a late cancellation fee or result in the forfeit of that session from your pre-paid package.
The cancellation fee will not exceed £200 or 5% of the total value of the agreement, whichever is lower. Where the original payment was made by credit card, applicable card processing fees may be deducted from any refundable amount.
Refunds and credits will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The validity period for all treatment packages is 24 months from the date of purchase. Unredeemed sessions after this period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
All treatment agreements and packages are strictly personal and may not be transferred or sold to other individuals, including family members. Discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers are also non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Course and package freezes are allowed once by written request, or in exceptional circumstances (e.g., pregnancy, upon presentation of relevant medical documentation), subject to clinic approval. Freezing applies to the package term only; ongoing payment obligations remain as agreed for instalment plans.
Failure to confirm an appointment at least 24 hours in advance or late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the session being deemed a “no-show,” with the associated forfeiture or charge as per clinic policy.
Any request to cancel, reschedule, or freeze a course/package must be submitted in writing (by email or written letter), and will be considered effective only from the date such written notice is received and confirmed by the Clinic.
Force Majeure
The Clinic will not be held liable or responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to provide services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
